Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Standard shipping is charged at $5.99 per order.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability, the product ordered, and the delivery destination.

The business address displayed on this website does not automatically represent the physical dispatch location of every order.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are generally:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, peak-season volume, and other circumstances may affect actual transit time.

After dispatch, available tracking information will be provided. Tracking activity may take approximately 1–3 business days to begin appearing after the shipping label or tracking number is created.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our current Return & Refund Policy.

Return authorization must be requested before an item is sent back. Contact service@adoravia.com with your order number, the product involved, and the reason for the request.

For ordinary preference-based returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless we advise otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

The original shipping fee paid at checkout is generally non-refundable for ordinary preference-based returns unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to pay additional return-shipping costs caused by that issue.

Once an authorized return reaches the designated return facility and is inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

A bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider may require additional time after the refund is issued before the credit appears.

Intellectual Property

Website content, product photographs, original graphics, page designs, written materials, logos, brand elements, videos, audio, and other proprietary content made available through the Services may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
